今天分享的无油版炸猪排,外酥里嫩,内含爆浆芝士夹心,不说的话大家都以为是油炸过的,一听是无油版都很惊讶。没有经过高温油炸,热量低,健康又好吃,做法也很简单,大家感兴趣的话可以是试做看看哦。
材料:
200C 20分钟左右
(烘烤时间根据肉片厚度和大小需要做调整哦)
猪排 10片
黑胡椒、盐
橄榄油
鸡蛋 3 颗
酱汁:
番茄醬 1大匙
醬油 2.5小匙
耗油 1.5小匙
白砂糖 1小匙
ingredient:
400F about 20minutes
(need to adjust base on the thickness & size of the meat)
pork 10 pieces
black pepper
salt
olive oil
eggs 3
sauce:
ketch up 1 tablespoon
soy sauce 2 1/2 teaspoon
oyster sauce 1 1/2 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
